Our May general meeting will have two parts and is planned to take place as follows:

1:00 — Refreshments and networking
1:30 — Panel of professional translators on ways to translate more more words per hour with tips, tricks and timesavers
2:15 — Intermission and networking
2:30 — Conference interpreter Steven Mines teaches how to choose and use wireless interpretation equipment
3:30 — Sign up for AATIA photo ID badge and get your headshot taken

The bimonthly meeting of the Austin Area Translators and Interpreters Association is open to the public. AATIA members, their guests, and anyone interested in this growing career field are welcome!
