How to focus on just the kinds of T&I jobs you like!

Join us for a presentation on how to clone your favorite client on July 23 at 1:00 PM!

This one-hour, interactive workshop at our next General Meeting is about marketing and business development strategy, but with a very practical and real-life goal for freelancers: getting more of the work you want and less of what you don’t. It begins with an exploration for each of attendee of your favorite client and an ideal assignment. Why did you pick them? Good pay? No rush? Interesting material? Low drama? Then, the opposite questions: who is the worst client and the worst assignment you can remember? Why? Once these two extremes are defined, you can start unraveling the mystery of where more of those ideal clients and jobs are hiding, and how to position yourself as the best candidate to get them. At the same time, you can take easy steps to make yourself less prone to getting stuck with the nightmare jobs.
